There is nothing better than discovering something great and enjoying it on repeat. Here, I share three of my favourite subscription services that blend everyday luxury with thoughtful practices for the planet.
Few things feel more satisfying – or more like peak adulthood – than discovering a product you love and committing to a regular subscription delivery. I have recently been enjoying three sustainable subscription services that have made my life a little easier and a lot more joyful, and I’m eager to share them with you. They have reinforced my belief that small, repeated joys can truly enhance our happiness, and each of the brands genuinely cares for the planet, making the experience all the better.
Ffern: Seasonal Scents
Ffern is a boutique perfumery that creates a limited-edition natural fragrance every quarter, inspired by the changing seasons. Using artisanal techniques, each fragrance is made to order, ensuring minimal waste and maximum freshness.
What I love most about Ffern is the uniqueness of their scents. They never repeat a fragrance, so you don't have to worry about smelling like everyone else. Plus, the experience feels luxurious from start to finish. Each bottle arrives with a small seasonal gift and a sampling kit, allowing you to test the fragrance at home before committing. Each delivery comes with a letter full of styling tips, updates from the growers and information on each stem.
I adore the ritual of arranging these flowers every other Friday morning. It’s a wonderful way to end the week, and times perfectly for any weekend dinner parties. The brand’s “how to” reels have also taught me a few flower arranging tricks (though I never quite make my arrangement look as good as founder Vicki Baker’s).

Ancient and Brave: Wellness Rituals
There are SO many supplement brands, trying to decipher between the Instagram ad bait and the ones worth investing in is a minefield. But Ancient and Brave is a brand that was reccommended to me time and again, and they have not dissapointed. They offer a big range of supplements, blending organic botanicals, nutraceuticals and modern nootropics. I have only tried three of the blends – True Collagen, Cacao + Collagen and True Nightcap – but have subscribed to all three (which can only be a good sign for the rest of the range). One of my favourite rituals is bookending my day with a health-boosting drink. I have been drinking the cacao collagen mixed with iced coconut milk every morning, all summer long, and ending the day with the true nightcap. I can honestly say I have noticed an improvement in my sleep and energy levels.
These subscription services have brought me a lot of joy and added some moments of mindfulness into my week too.
