Shipping & Delivery Policy
How long after placing my order will my item be dispatched?
Once you have placed an order with Quinn Says, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days, unless a longer wait time is specified in the product description, such as a pre-order item. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Europe: 3–7 working days after dispatch
North America: 5–15 working days after dispatch
Rest of World: 7–20 working days after dispatch
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues, especially during busy seasons.
Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order
If your item is a pre-order or made-to-order, the expected dispatch time will be clearly stated in the product description. By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to the specified wait time. Orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
How much does shipping cost?
For the UK: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items you are ordering. Free for orders over £120. If returned items bring your order total below £120, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
For Europe: Calculated at checkout based on weight. Free for orders over £300.
For North America: Calculated at checkout based on weight. Free for orders over £300.
For Rest of the World: Calculated at checkout based on weight.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE READ:
Please note: customs charges and import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate or reimburse these fees. Refusing a parcel due to customs charges will result in the package being disposed of and is not eligible for a refund.
Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier office.
When you place an order with Quinn Says, you accept these terms: If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charges the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging any item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Safe Delivery & Responsibility
Once your order has been delivered to the address provided and marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. If you have concerns about safe delivery (e.g., safe place options), please contact the courier directly to arrange alternative instructions.
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is lovingly packaged by hand at our trusted fulfilment partner using sustainable, plastic-free packaging wherever possible in a bid to minimise our environmental footprint. Sometimes we use recycled boxes to minimise waste. If your packaging includes plastic bubblewrap, this has been provided to us by our suppliers and we have re-used it to minimise waste. We do ask all our suppliers to be conscious of how they package their goods.
My order arrived broken
We are so sorry to hear this. If your package suffered a breakage en route to you, please take a few pictures and send a description to hello@quinnsays.store within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I didn’t receive my order
Please contact our team at hello@quinnsays.store if you have not received your order within 10 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate all issues as quickly as possible with our courier partners. Please note that we are unable to resend or refund an order that has been lost in transit until the investigation with our delivery partner has been resolved. If the investigation concludes that the package was delivered, unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. You are welcome to raise your own dispute with the courier company at any time.
Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) courier strikes, extreme weather conditions, customs delays, or global disruptions.
Returns
If you are returning an item, please follow our returns portal or email us at hello@quinnsays.store first so we can provide the return address and any necessary instructions. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Please double check your delivery details, including postcode. We cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including incorrect delivery information being provided.
