Can I return my order?
We hope you love your order, but if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases you can return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Please use this link to start the return process. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving an item if you wish to return it.
We do not accept returns for printed-to-order prints or made-to-order homeware or original artworks. These are treated as custom items and are final sale.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in and in the original packaging. Final sale and warehouse sale items can be returned for store credit only, which will be issued via a gift voucher without an expiry date. We cannot accept returns for earrings or knickers due to hygiene reasons.
If returned items bring your order total below £120, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping cost
We’ll provide a return shipping label for your convenience; however, the cost of return postage and the initial delivery fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. If returned items bring your order total below £120, the original delivery fee will also be deducted from your refund.
If you’re returning breakable items, please ensure they’re securely packed, as we can’t be responsible for any damage in transit.
Promotional Returns
If you’ve purchased as part of a promotion, please note: if your return brings your order below the qualifying threshold, the discount will no longer apply.
We’ll adjust your refund accordingly, the returned item will be refunded at the discounted rate, or we’ll recalculate the total based on the full price of the items you’ve kept.
We’ll always be transparent about how your refund is worked out.
International Returns
We’re happy to accept international returns on full-priced items, provided they’re returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid delays and unexpected import charges, all international return labels and customs documents must be created by our team. We’ll issue a pre-paid label and deduct the cost from your refund once your item is safely received and inspected.
If a return is sent without our approved shipping label or incorrect customs documentation, it may incur import duties, VAT or handling fees upon re-entry to the UK.
We cannot accept responsibility for these charges — any parcels returned to us with unpaid duties will be refused and sent back to the sender.
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and checked. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
