Terms of Service

1. Using the Platforms

The Quinn Says platform is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least sixteen (16) years old. You may not use the Quinn Says platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to resale or commercial exploitation.

All content featured on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, artwork, sounds, music, visual interfaces, and computer code (the "Content") — is owned or licensed by Quinn Says and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, structure, coordination, and overall "look and feel" of the platform.

You agree that any information you provide to Quinn Says, including personal details, will be accurate and up to date. Any submissions made by you — whether ideas, suggestions, feedback, or creative content — become the sole property of Quinn Says, and you waive any moral or ownership rights over them.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any content submitted to the site and to restrict or revoke platform access at our discretion.

You must not link to our site in a way that suggests any form of endorsement or affiliation unless expressly agreed by us in writing. Links from third-party websites do not imply endorsement and we are not responsible for the content or functionality of any external sites.


2. Our Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. However, due to the handmade or small-batch nature of some of our items, slight variations may occur, and availability is not guaranteed.

Please note that colours and textures may appear differently depending on your device. If you are unhappy with a product, please refer to our Returns Policy for your options.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.


3. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed on our platform are in GBP (£) and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, and promotional offers are only valid for a limited time as specified.

Any discounts, promo codes or offers are:

  • Only valid for use via the Quinn Says platform

  • Not valid for gift vouchers, sale items, or combined with other promotions (unless otherwise stated)

  • Limited to one use per customer

We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time and to cancel any orders that appear to abuse or misapply promotions.

If we discover a pricing error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you with the option to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, the affected part of your order will be cancelled.


4. Order Acceptance & Contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance. A contract between you and Quinn Says will only be formed once we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email.

We reserve the right not to accept or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to: item availability, payment issues, or concerns regarding misuse of discount codes or suspicious account activity.


5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition

  • Certain items (e.g., personalised or intimate products) may be excluded from returns, unless faulty

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

Promotional Offers and Returns

Where an order qualifies for a promotional discount based on the purchase of multiple items (e.g., “30% off when you buy 3 or more”), and a return is made that reduces the original order below the qualifying threshold, Quinn Says reserves the right to remove the applied discount and recalculate the remaining items at full price.
Any refund issued will reflect the revised order total, less the appropriate full-price cost of the items retained by the customer.
This applies to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

6. Mobile Terms of Service

The Quinn Says mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Quinn Says (“Quinn Says”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Quinn Says’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Quinn Says through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Quinn Says. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to QuinnSays or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Quinn Says mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

By signing up for Quinn Says mobile text messages, you agree to receive recurring promotional and cart reminder texts from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or any costs incurred from your wireless provider.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quinn Says shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use of or inability to use the platform

  • Delays or failures in delivery

  • Errors or omissions in content

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of user communications

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.


10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
