A handmade croissant rattle, hand-embroidered and made from soft lambswool, filled with stuffing from recycled plastic bottles, and finished with a smooth, unbleached beechwood ring. A sweet first toy, and a lovely little gift for a new arrival.

Sootie Limetree's founder Gillian learned to knit from her Granny on long car journeys as a child, and still hand-sews every piece herself — no machines involved, ever — which means every piece has its own small character, and no two are ever quite the same.
