How long after placing my order will my item be dispatched?
Once you have placed an order with Quinn Says, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days, unless a longer wait time is specified in the product description, such as a pre-order item. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.
How much does shipping cost?
For the UK: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items you are ordering. Shipping costs start at £4. Free for orders over £120.
For Europe: Flat rate of £18 and free for orders over £300
For North America: Flat rate of £18 and free for orders over £300
For Rest of the World: Flat rate of £25
International orders may incur local customs and duties charges. Our shipping prices do not include these charges and we will not be held liable for any charges that do occur.
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is lovingly packaged by hand at Quinn Says headquarters using sustainable, plastic-free packaging in a bid to minimise our environmental footprint.
My order arrived broken
We are so sorry to hear this. If your package suffered a breakage en route to you, please take a few pictures and send a description to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I didn’t receive my order
Please contact our team at email@example.com if you have not received your order within 10 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate all issues as quickly as possible with our courier partners. Please note that we are unable to resend or refund an order that has been lost in transit until the investigation with our delivery partner has been resolved. If the investigation concludes that the package was delivered, unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. You are welcome to raise your own dispute with the courier company at any time.
